Our company is a fully qualified to perform through and comprehensive residential inspections, we inspect sidewalk, walkways, exterior stairs, patio, deck, exterior walls and windows.

We inspect roof to ensure rafters are not sagging which may proof to be a very expensive repair. We check rubber shingles to identify number of layers on the roof, any roof with more than two layers will require additional expense when time comes to install new shingles. we check drainage systems.

We also inspect garage and driveways to view the house for possible runoff issue due to poor grading. We check sewer trap and water supply line to insure water supply line is copper and not lead as it is the case in so many old homes.

We check the heating system and hot water tank, We check main service electric line and view electric system throughout the house. We inspect structure system of the house, beams columns joists, we check foundation for visible stress and settlement cracks. We inspect interior walls, windows, We also check for termite damage and issue termite certificate when the house is free of any termite evidence.
